"I've been with this pharmacy for over 6 months now. They close down between 1:30 and 2:00 pm for lunch, when only one pharmacist is on. In the several months I've been using their service, 3 of those months they were closed for lunch, so I waited. This last time, lunch ended and 6 people piled into the pharmacy when it reopened. Before that, I was told a prescription was unavailable though my insurance. I was also told there was an over the counter medication that was the same thing.I bought the suggested otc medication. My next doctors visit I find out that they are not the same thing. The names of the drugs were similar, so the assistant that day must have assumed they were the same thing. Providing misinformation is dangerous. In my case it wasn't life threatening, but there will be a day when it is. Additionally, Walmart pharmacy has regularly taken a full week to refill one of my prescriptions. I have been on this prescription for years, and I never had this problem with previous pharmacies. This morning, I transferred prescriptions to a different company. The new pharmacy had an issue with transferring one of the medications. Walmart had already processed a charge for it. However, four days ago I got a call from the Walmart pharmacist asking if I wanted them to refill my prescriptions. I told them no i am transferring them to another corporate pharmacy. Yet they still processed the charge. The pharmacy lacks supply infrastructure. The employees lack training. Communication between pharmacist and staff appears tense, and barely existent. Six people at lunch at the same time resulting in shutting down the department is inefficient. I will never use Walmart for my prescription needs again."

"Pharmacy is a joke! Never answer the phone. Left me without insulin, cause they did not bill insurance company correctly. No one would help or fix problem. If you want your meds and stay alive, don't use this pharmacy!!!! Staff could careless!"
