I don't recommend sitting in his chair if you don't want to be made to wait for his lunch break during your scheduled appointment, have him criticize your last haircut and then cover you in hairspray, including your eyes, when he's done. This dude is rude and unprofessional. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated as valued client."

"I simply don’t believe I’ll comeback to any Ace Cuts locations. I’ve gotten my hair cut at the Northlake location and the Jupiter location. I have to say that I requested a skin fade and have my hair cut short. My edges were uneven and my hair line was not cleaned up to look decent at all. It’s just unfortunate because I did get an excellent haircut from a guy named Jesse my second time around, from the Northlake location. He was able to fix a bad haircut I received elsewhere but now he’s not there anymore."
"My 7 year old son came in today for a hair cut. We showed a picture to the barber that he is growing his out out into what was in the picture. We asked them to just keep it long but shape up the hair so it wasn’t a grown out mullet. My son got a mushroom haircut. Looked nothing like the picture. We will stick to Barber’s Edge from now on, at least they understand what we are asking for."
