"Dogs off leash and pets are not allowed. But if you are disabled and have a Service or Assistance dog on a leash or long lead and you are playing with it because he is your worker that is allowed by law. Better though to have the vest/jacket on to identify it otherwise people will assume he is your pet and you are not disabled. Especially for disabilities that can not be seen. Many Service Dogs assist for phobias, and other conditions like autism that on the exterior can not be detected. Hope this helps."
