"The pharmacy staff was very helpful and understanding. They had said that a dropped off prescription was going to be ready at 5:30PM, I arrived around 5:00PM because I needed to do more errands, and when I asked for my prescription, they said it was not ready but if I could wait 5 minutes, they would prepare it. Excellent service!"

"Great neighborhood Publix. Nicely situated in the heart of Miami Lakes. Staff is very helpful and courteous. The store is very well stocked, clean and organized. They have a great selection of fresh seafood and meats as well as a nicely displayed produce area. A huge wine and champagne selection is available. The Publix pharmacy is well managed and professionally staffed by a bilingual staff. Most prescriptions are stocked and ready in a couple of hours and the hard to get meds are usually available in 24 hours. They offer a variety of gift cards with every major retail store and restaurant. A convenient ATM is safely placed next to the main entrance. They feature 3 parking spots for Insta-Cart pickups, even though inconsiderate customers will park in them occasionally to go in and shop. The parking lot is ample , well designed and very safe. It’s obvious that this store is well managed."
