"Zero stars is more appropriate. Google, please let someone get a zero. If any establishment deserves one, it’s cvs. Across the spectrum, but this store is especially bad. It’s like walking into a flea market in a 3rd world country. The place is dirty, the employees are rude ( especially the pharmacy ) and they have zero consideration for the services they are supposed to be providing. We attempted to fill a script from the ER. They apparently didn’t have it, but did not let us know until 10 mins before they closed. Not even a few pills. Would not call another cvs to find out if they had it. Instead preferred to put me on hold for 20 mins, and nobody would give me their name or transfer me to a manager ( they said No manager was in the store ). If you want to be mistreated in the flea market of pharmacies, by all means….go here. If you want to be treated like a person, go to Walgreens. I’m changing my insurance just so I don’t have to go to these under qualified rude employees hired by a store with no sense of standards. By all means, stay away. Update. The cvs I moved all prescriptions to has much more or a limited availability to pick up at the pharmacy. It’s STILL better than walking into a cvs, full of rude ppl….only to get to the pharmacy and they surpass any type of attitude you get from a regular employee. The pharmacy employees are exceptionally rude. There was a script I needed to pick up same day, and the benefit of the extra hours being open should be a positive. It’s not. If you can, go to the cvs on pga and military. They are polite and helpful. It’s incredible how much can be different. Stay away from the cvs on 10th. It’s a dumpster fire."
