CVS

"I had stopped coming to this CVS months ago because of an unkind employee who always seemed to be there every Sunday after church (small, older white woman with gray hair.) She never wanted to ring up purchases, but wanted you to do it yourself & when people didn’t know how, or as quickly as she would like - well she just wasn’t pleasant. Today as I was getting my coupons, I heard an employee at the main register being very kind to an older man, so when they were finished, I asked if she was new & told her I appreciated her being so nice to the man & a little about my previous experiences in this store. She was a trainer & she was aware of the person. When time to pay, I was going into the trainers line, then all of a sudden, the usually unkind woman shows up & directs me to the self serve, which I did not want to use, but I did. I noticed that prior to speaking to me, she looked over at the trainer, at which time she seemed to be putting on her nice hat. Whether she’s changed or just putting on a show for the trainer, I don’t know. At one time, the trainer looked over at me as to verify if that was the person we were talking about earlier. That tells me that I’m not the only one who knew there was a problem with her. Hopefully, after the trainer leaves, the woman’s attitude will be better. If not, I’ll just stop coming in again. After all, Walgreens is 2 blocks away."

"I am a customer at this location and last Saturday I bought a gift card for my mom birthday. Unfortunately the gift card didn’t work anywhere and it came missing numbers. I tried to call vanilla gift card and no one was able to help. At cvs today the managers helped me and treated me very well. I would say it was a 5 star customer service and I would have her as my employee one day for sure. Very polite and helpful. Congratulations for your service. The two employees there that deserve this review are Nancy and Darniece Harp. Amazing Darniece!!!!! Thank you for solving my problem today. I appreciate you."

"CVS has great prices on a variety of products including medications and personal hygiene, perfumes, makeup and food- all at excellent prices. The pharmacist and other employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. The ability to use our Welcare benefits at CVS, rather than ordering by phone or online is a HUGE plus!"

"The only good people who work there are Jordan, Debbie and Laura. Donna is so rude and always complains about wanting to go home and talks trash about her coworkers to the customers. Does not look good for a business when coworkers speak ill of other (really good) coworkers. The girls in the pharmacy are sweet and try to help the best they can, but their lead pharmacist scrambles them around like crazy and they don't perform as well when he is there."

"Hire more people to stock the shelves to help the staff, Laura, Debbie, and Donna.\nThe three staff members all are cleaning, helping self check out customers.\nAnd, reminding people to stop at coupon kiosk when entering CVS. COUPONS make my day, especially for things we need."
