"I hardly ever post reviews about grocery stores, BUT THIS STORE...IS SPECIAL!! It all starts with the customer service. 5⭐'s just don't do them justice. We asked one of the employees where we could find the desserts, her name was Maria, and not only did she take us to both the frozen & baked desserts, but she was soo sweet she told us about the store's return policy and informed us about Trader Joe's various charitable contributions. She then left us for a minute and came back with flowers, handed them to my wife and told us to tell the cashier they were from Maria! We went on to buy a number of desserts, and are now loyal customers to Trader Joe's. She also noted that employees are taken care of by the company which we love. Maria is one of the kindest and most polite customer service employees we've ever met and we are grateful to have met her. She deserves a raise for her exceptional customer service skills and for winning over two customers for Trader Joe's! All the products seen in the picture posted cost just around $25. So they also have exceptional pricing and pretty much everythingyou can think of! Thank you Maria, Thank you Trader Joe's . 5⭐'s WOW!!!"
"Good customer service is something that is rare nowadays, unfortunately. However, employee Lily is super friendly and nice. She has the most incredible smile and made me happy that I stopped by at this location. It's nice to see that friendly workers are no longer a thing of the past. This young lady is a superstar and I loved her service. Great phenomenal job!"
"Not my regular TJs but I was in the area so I stopped in. All Trader Joe’s are same… the friendliest and most helpful employees. Great deals on food. Fresh vegetables and produce. Unique frozen foods, a great cheese department and one of the best places to buy wine. Prices are great and it’s easy to shop. If you’ve never been in a TJs you’re missing out. Coral Springs is lucky to have one."
"Pretty good Trader Joe's location in Coral Springs. All of the registers move fast due to the employees being on it and efficient. Always a good time checking out the inventory from frozen foods to produce to cereal. Aisles are organized and tidy. The only thing is there wasn't any of the frozen samosas that had meat - only frozen veggie samosas. This location isn't as crowded as compared to other ones."
