Whole Foods Market

"My review is based on my latest experience with the manager Chris. After spending tens of thousands of dollars for my family, I am finished. No longer will I shop at Whole Foods! After purchasimg a product from the vitamin section, for my daughter, I attempted to return it due to its poor taste. My daugher will not drink it. I wanted a simple exchange, replacement or credit to purchase something different. I was told flat out NO, because I didn't have the receipt. I get it, however, the amount of $$ spent here should give Chris the ability to make a MGMT decision and grant the exchange. He chose not to and I'm choosing to NO LONGER PATRONIZE THE ONCE FAVORITE WHOLE FOODS. As a business owner it's the little things that make a difference. Chris chose to ignor it...."

"Very helpful staff that actually know the store and possess customer service skills. Location is very busy and shelves are half empty and it seems they can keep up. My last visit was around 12:30 PM. Parking lot is always full. Good for business but not true to the customers."

"My favorite Whole Foods market! It’s always nice and clean hair. They’re never short staffed and their staff is trained and always very helpful. If you stop someone from doing some thing and ask a question, don’t go the extra mile to help you. There’s always people at the register. Waiting to help you. Self check out is very easy they’re always cleaning and stacking. There’s always great food here. If you want to eat healthy and delicious, Whole Foods is the perfect place to come to especially the one in West Boca. it is right by 95 so whether you’re coming or going you’re not stuck in traffic on Glades Road. All supplement or 33% off now so great time to come back here and buy your vitamins."

"I have never in my life seen such a beautiful Whole Foods!! I don’t even know where to begin the store is incredibly organized and has the coolest signs all over to help you navigate your shopping experience from pizza to hot bar to the veggies. The variety is out of this world. They are completely stocked on all produce, they have a variety of organic and non organic options all labeled. They even have a full sushi maki in here besides the grab and go and serve my favorite rolls (see the picture) mushroom avocado roll. There is an ATM, gift cards, a sale section (see photo) and a tremendous amount of indoor and outdoor seating and even a cute little fountain. The floral section really blew my mind. From roses to already organized bouquets in gorgeous vases in all shapes and sizes. Easy parkin, friendly staff and a memorable first time!! Can’t wait to get stuck in Boca again so I can utilize this Whole Foods location."

"Update: Everytime i do an amazon return, I leave spending more at Wholefoods!! LOL!! ====$ Im making more visits now. Great organic food items, veggies. Love their fresh fish section. Plus the amazon returns desk."
