"“Catherine” from the Deli department was so super rude! She had a nasty attitude from the start! I was just more confused on why she was yelling that she couldn’t hear me when I didn’t even get the chance to open my damn mouth to say anything yet! While my sub was in the toaster I asked her if she could add bacon, OH she almost rolled her eyeballs OUT her eyes! Don’t ruin my mood just because you hate your job or whatever the case may be. Please work on your attitude and customer service Catherine! God bless you."
"Absolutely love this store. The fruit is always fresh, the bakery has numerous selections of fresh sweets and breads available every day and the store itself is clean every time I go there. The staff members and managers are super friendly and helpful anytime I have a question/issue. 10/10 recommend"
"I’m an associate who works here. I’ve been here 2-3 weeks. During the training period the trainer gushed on about “open door policies” and “we are here for you, just ask” type comments. And I was pretty sceptical. Nothing I haven’t heard before from pleeenty of other places I’ve worked at. But I tell you, from day one, my manager was absolutely in my corner. Was more than willing to schedule around my university, especially being a brand new associate, catered to my request for a day of, literally the night before at 10pm when I had to put down my 16 year old cat, and I even see the MANAGERS of each section of the store, out there on the floor, filling napkins, wiping down counter tops, restocking the crisps…so far from the high and mighty “above thou” type managers from literally every other job I’ve ever worked at. And now today (29th Sep) apparently is the Publix Founder’s birthday, and we celebrated it with a magnificent Italian style spread in the break room that the MANAGERS of the store made. Not the associates…the managers. And they stood there asking us how it was and thanking us for our service to the company and telling g us to help ourselves. And it wasn’t a cheap little spread either. There were about 10 or 12 different style dishes and desserts. I’ve only been here less than a month but I feel taken care of. It feels good to actually work for a company that delivers on their promise to take care of their workers."
