"I went there because of the reviews and because I have friends who go to the winter park location. I thought it would be a similar experience. I was wrong. Although the lady on the front desk was the sweetest, my son got the worst haircut of his life. To tell the truth, the impression I got was that it was the man’s first time cutting hair. He was extremely nervous. Im not sure if he never scissor-cut hair before but he could have just said he didn’t do that. I would have happily left. I kept “trusting the process” while he was doing it. And now the poor kid is gonna look like a fool until his hair grows again. It has no shape, no even length on both sides. it’s unbelievable. Im sure people do a good job there, there are good reviews after all, I just wish someone would have told me that what I wanted could not be done at that time. My little daughter does a better job on her barbies than what we got."
"Unfortunately, great stylists are sabotaged by poor house staff. Had an appointment and waited 30 minutes as I watched 4 others who showed up after get called back. Then when they finally call me, it’s a stylist that was sitting playing on his phone in a barber chair the whole time I was waiting. When I asked the receptionist what had happened and why the stylist wasn’t told I was there, her response was “can’t you see how busy I am?” (She wasn’t too busy to check on this) Disappointing as I’ve been going there a while and bringing my kid too."
