"Used to be a great place for a haircut… but now the app doesn’t work for setting appointments, when you call they never answer and if they do they say they are booked. Tried to walk in last 3 mornings as late as 1030 and door is still locked when they apparently open at 10. Hair cuts are good if you can get in"
"I’ve been here before and had great service. Today I go in at 4 pm and the lady says “can I help you?” I told her yes I could use a haircut and beard trim. She then tells me “sorry we’re closed. (Looks at her watch) We close at 3, and I’m just running late.” Well your website says you close at 5. If you didn’t want to cut my hair just say so. Don’t lie about your hours when I know you close at 5."
