"I just left the family dollar store in Eatonville. Customer service was really really poor. No hello welcome to family dollars. I asked for something the lady was not helpful at all she told me where to look for the item that I later found out by asking another employee that they don’t carry the item. The young lady looked as if she was high on something moving extremely slow and looking dumb founded. The lead on duty was way in the back no one was watching the store. They have products in the wrong places. I seen something u wanted to purchase for a lower price and they didn’t seem to want to deal with it I then put my entire order back and taking my business someplace else. It wasn’t about the money but the quality in the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this location for where u clearly see they do t care about their jobs."

"I have been shopping at this store for 3+ years, and I've seen alot of changes good and bad. The new manager Ashley that is currently there is one of the nicest and professional managers that I've ever seen. She really cares about the store and I can tell she wants the store and it's image to change for the better. Since she's been there, I've noticed that the store is much cleaner & changing for the better."
