"Rented the Hurricane for a half day on the water. It was plenty enough time to soak up the sun and do some sightseeing. We spent most of our time swimming and fishing throughout Rookery Bay. I’m not sure on some of these negative reviews, but everything was explained in detail, the expectations set on where to go with the boat (only had one prop), etc and everything was perfect. Highly recommend!!"

"CHARGED $500 in unauthorized charges. Before reading please note they did this to a friend of mine and I did not listen!!! I returned the boat and was told I was going to be charged for scratches on the side of the boat. They did no pre inspection (besides the prop) or took any photos of the boat at all prior to renting to me in order to note the boats condition. I was unwilling to pay these charges as there is no telling who was responsible for those scuffs. It may help to note every boat they have is scratched, scuffed, and dinged. This is on all sides, on almost all boats. I took some photos of the conditions of the other boats to show the conditions. I could not believe that they were trying to charge me considering the condition of the boat and all the other boats. We ended up leaving being told we would not be charged. Then within 10 minutes of leaving, they tried to charge my card 2 times for 450$ but it got declined due to a limit alert. Then they just dropped the charge to 300 and charge my card that amount. Even though I was explicitly told by the employee " I will not be charged" and "we need to have you sign off on any charges if the owner decides to charge you" I try to keep all bias out of that review and I don't leave reviews often but this turned what was supposed to be a great day with my family visiting me in florida into something else. Moral is you may show up to rent a scuffed up and scratched boat and have additional charges placed on your account, without your authorization so they can maintain their boats."

"We had a so much fun. The weather was beautiful m The staff here is very friendly. The girl running the front desk is great. It was just 3 of us. The boat was in great condition. We've rented from other places in Naples - Extreme Family Fun Spot is the best. We will be back. Thank you guys for everything!"
