"Order the hamburger It came out with a bug in it crawled out of the sandwich. They replaced it right away no problem made a new sandwich."
"The ice cream was excellent, as usual! I had a mini strawberry cheesecake blizzard. It had real, fresh cut strawberries & thick square cut pieces of New York style cheesecake. It was PERFECT. I also had the honey BBQ wings with fries & a thick slice of garlic toast & it was absolutely, literally, mouth watering, finger licking yummy. I only have a couple of concerns; there were only 2 girls working. One was pregnant & ready to pop, taking all of the orders & serving the food. The other girl was making the ice cream dishes in the back & it was the 12:15pm lunch rush. It was SOOOO packed but bless the girls, they were so sweet. They stayed calm, cool, & collected. They def. Need to hire more people because that location stays constantly packed with customers. Great place though, will always recommend & support.."

"Wow what a change here My small Cone had soft serve barely above the Cone. My wife's medium Blizzard had Oreo "dust" in it. She went back in to see if she could buy some Oreo's to put in it and the Manager gave her a small cup of Oreo dust...to go. We will go to Culvers next time and so will our friends. Prices are rude like the help"
"This location needs a serious reminder of what customer service is. I wish there was a no star rating because they don't deserve a star. The staff is rude, stared our way but never came over or even acknowledged that we were there. They would rather be in the back laughing at whatever nonsense they were looking at. It's a shame this used to be a good spot but you start to hire garbage and the service goes down the drain. The owner of this DQ food chain needs to revamp and remind this location of simple common courteous/Ettiquette."
