"Dogs & Horses are allowed! There were two areas to park (1 for horses) we parked at farther parking area in the Pinewoods Parking Lot & walked the Orange Trail. We went few days after Hurricane Elsa and thought for sure it would be swampy. It was not! Unless you were near the lake. Some of the trails were so dense but had clear paths with bushes and trees on both sides, it made the hike little more intense but fun! My dog loved it! We seen a family of Turkey. Update: There is a porta potty on site in equestrian and trailer parking lot. Also, recommended $3 fee box. Open dusk to dawn."

"Natural trail, good for all ages. Very well signed, so you won't miss your way back... Abundance of wild flowers, COREOPSIS and a rare specie of passion flowers that I never saw before known as STINKING PASSIONFLOWER... The only one in the world that eat insects... No happy with the parking lot, so desolate. It is in need of few trees around... And in the meddle... Sin it is very big..."

"What a wonderful place. We hiked this place for the first time. Plenty of parking, port a potty on site. Beautiful day and enjoyed the trails. We did the red trail and part of the orange trail to the big lake where there is another parking lot. It was a dry breezy day, I'm sure the summers would be hot and some trails somewhat flooded. Its been dry so there wasn't a lot of water and the trails are sugar sand but easy to manage. Looking forward to going back. Thank you 20/20 Land and CREW for providing this area. I hope Lee/Collier Counties continue to preserve these areas and provide these wonderful areas to hike and see nature."

"We started walking the middle trail headed to lakes area side then doubled back through the more forested walk back to far perimeter service rd b4 back tracking 1st portion. Next trip will be from Lakes area."

"Well marked trails. Plenty of parking. Closed toed shoes and plenty of water recommended. We hiked during the dry season, but could imagine that this would be a very wet swampy hike during rainy weather."
