"Nice barbershop, great guys but Hnice_the_barber (Harold) is unprofessional and careless. My last haircut here was a few months ago. I was a fairly new customer and quickly was becoming a regular here. But I had an incident with Harold and because of the way he handled the situation, I decided I would not return to this shop. I hope he realizes there’s value in customers, especially returning customers."

Upon entering, the guy at booth #4 greeted me and told me someone would be with me shortly. I was then taken by the guy at booth #7 (JR.). He was very friendly. He gave me exactly what I asked for. Very clean, and friendly environment. This is where I'll be coming every time I visit Lake Mary."
