"Even though there were several empty tables outside, we were told we would have to wait...so we sat there for twenty minutes and looked at empty tables that had been cleaned. Waitress was rude, and talked to us like children... "and we won't use menus as coasters"....forgot to bring my water, never offered to refill our soft drinks."
"Great place by the pool and beach. Loved the nachos. The staff is good and attentive. The live music is a plus. Great singers"
"Management needs to get it together. Bartenders do too much talking and don’t pay attention to customers. Layout is too tight for waiters to walk through as well as patrons. Restrooms upstairs??? Tables were empty multiple times but wait was 45 mins. Need to turn over faster and reduce large tables to 2-4 seating."
"Our waitress left little to be desired. She only took the order of one of our patrons and walked off before the rest of us could order. We had to flag her down throughout out time there because she flat out ignored our table to the point we lost our appetite for dessert. Asked for napkins for a table of four… we were given two. Could’ve been an off night but again none of the other table’s appeared to have had the same experience."
"Micky and Jessica made our first special. They were extremely busy but went the extra mile to make sure our experience was great. I’d hire them for any business in a minute."
