"I love their fresh salmon. The worst part of my visit was the chaos at the meat counter. There are no order numbers and the workers have no idea who to serve first. It is a nightmare! I have spoken to the staff and manager about this with no resolution."
"First visit store was sold out of multigrain bread. Bakery employee said they make it every day and I could pick up 2 loaves today. I left my name & phone. Today they fid not have 2 loaves saved for me and noboby knew anything about the order. L had signed up for the membership but probably not go back since is is a 16 mile round trip. Very disappointing"
"My wife stopped in the bakery department the Thursday before Thanksgiving. We wanted to place an order for 2 pumpkin pies for the holiday one week away. They told us it was not necessary as we have and will have more than enough pies. We went in today the Tues before Thanksgiving and were told they are all out of pies and won’t have any till after Thanksgiving. We do not recommend this store that nobody knows what they are talking about."
"Shop early around 10am. The chicken salad special with croissants are nit ready yet. Someone in the deli dept told me to come back in an hour . I did all my shopping and can't wait for another half hour so I left. This is not kind of service that they treat a loyal customer."
"What a disaster this market is! First of all- there are very minimal workers present. When I went to check out, there was 1 clerk available with about 10 people on line waiting. I felt bad for the clerk and she was extremely patient so no complaints about her at all. Second, let’s talk about the privileged and entitled shoppers that were there. I was in line. I stepped back for maybe a minute and the woman behind me took my spot. I said, I was just there. She ignored me and stayed in line. She was rude and entitled! If it were me, I would have said, oh yes, of course by all means. Not this entitled woman! So I jumped back in line and then 10 more customers waited. The clerk informed me that the manager only wants 2 check out ckerks. Unfortunately there was just 1. In addition, another employee saw the long lines and ignored it and proceeded to put pumpkins out. Ridiculous! Terrible. I’ll drive to fort Myers and go to Whole Foods before I ever return."
