Even though there were some tears, the hair cut was amazing and our kiddo left with a great smile, a keep-sake certificate and a cute sticker. Will return for sure!"

"So annoyed with this store and the company in general - ALLOW FOR EXACT APPOINTMENT TIMES - Don't make me check in - Tell me that it is about a 45 minute wait and then text me in 25 minutes telling me I'm on deck and need to be there or they will cancel my appointment. This has happened too many times. I don't allow my Doctor's to waste my time, much less a haircut from a low budget beauty school grad who really has little knowledge on how to really cut a person's hair based on the structure of their face and or requirements. And don't bother trying to "Reach out to me" - It's quite obvious whose time is more important.. There is no fixing this. Will NEVER go here again. APP DELETED!"
