"Visited in the afternoon in mid July 2022. It was hot, and the white sand beach was pleasant enough. As a Californian, this was the first time I had been to the Gulf of Mexico. The water was warm, actually only slightly refreshing given the heat of the sun. The wind did make it much more pleasant than if it wasn't blowing. The near shore was filled with people swimming and relaxing in the water, while just about 100 feet out there were swarms of people on jet skies and speed boats."
"Awesome place to hang out with your friends. The sand beach is wide and inviting. The water is a little chilly in February but when its sunny out just relaxing in a beach chair with a cold drink makes everything better. Welcome to paradise, welcome to Madeira Beach... Even sitting back in my chair watching the moon's glow reflect against the waves is a relaxing way to end the day."
