"Could not get their robot menu machine to work properly. Finally found an employee to help me. Then they brought out my mail without the french fries or drink. The shake machine was broken. Really? Fix the damn shake machine. Then I sit down and see a sign that says you have 30 minutes to eat and get out. I eat in McDonald's about once a year. I always forget why I never want to go there until I'm hungry and desperate enough to stop at 1:00. Then I remember"

"Cashier I saw was very nice , only thing was she didn’t explain anything about the rewards just asked if I had it. But at least I know about it now. Good selection and things were prettty easy to find especially likes how the sections were"

"Super excited to have a local gem like Barnes and nobles still around. Took my baby brother for his first trip to the book store and was super happy to see him with excitement as he got to browse the shelf and pick out books he could hold in his hands. We left with 5 books today. although pricey, the store was clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous although limited. I hope to keep this store around for many more years."

"If you love to actually turn pages when you read a thrilling story, then shopping for books will always lead you to Barnes and Nobles. They have the largest selection of books and the staff is always on hand to help you locate something specific or special order it. The membership plans will allow you discounts and freebies. If you just can't wait to start your new read, you can enjoy refreshments in their cafe area. I visited this time with my youngest Grandson (11) who also enjoys picking out new books, but this time we went with a specific purpose, to obtain the latest book in a series my oldest Grandson (23) learned to love reading with. As always it was readily available and I will be returning in a couple of weeks for a new book in a series that I read. I know that I could 'pre-order' which is a handy option, but I love to come and browse and see what I might find of interest!"

"I had a pretty good experience here, mostly. Categories are labeled okay. Some category labels are so indirect that it's almost impossible to find what you're looking for. B&N is trying to NOT offend so many people that the minority groups that are affected by these mis-labelings and overly vague categories that are sometimes completely incorrect-- we won't find what we're looking for, thus B&N will not benefit financially. It's simple. It's offensive. The discount section is nice but I'm not so sure I'll be back any time soon. There's Amazon anyway."
