"The meat you guys are used to in big stores add gasses to the meat to MAKE the meat red. Real, fresh meat is grayish. Dead meat is not red for long. Does not mean not fresh. Fyi"
"My very first vist rating is based solely on vegetables and fruit. Popped in just to get a couple of tomatoes and ended up getting several fruits and vegetables. Prices are very good compared even to Walmart except that Walmart now has pineapples for the exceptionally low price of $2.00 each while Village Market's pineapples are $3.89. The fruits and vegetables overall, look as nice or better than what I've seen at Publix lately. Will definitely shop there again."
"They have a good variety of Mexican, Asian, and other groceries, but the store could use better lighting to enhance the shopping experience."
"First time visiting my today. Never again. Place smells like spoiled meat. Also the Cashier with the clear plastic rim glasses was extremely rude and impatient with the elderly lady ahead of me in line. I will not recommend this place to my neighbors and friends. And based on the reviews from several years ago, it’s been this way for quite some time. Sad and pathetic."
