"When for a curbside pick up and an employee with the name Thaleta came from the curbside door to the parking space screaming like an animal not only that she throws the orders on me… I was in shocked never had an incident like this before in other stores … After that I asked her a question on regard to another missing orders she turn around and just told me move forward to the door so Rude!! After that have to call the store… She pick up the call!! I said to her Good morning and ask her why she was acting like that she argued with me and disconnected the call.. I can believed Sams Club hired this kind of people Managers should be aware of this.. a also hope this review encourages other people to share any similar incidents also I would like to mention I’m a customer from this store #6189 since day #1"

"On 1/26/24 at 6:15PM we watched Amber work ALONE making MULTIPLE pizzas and managing BOTH lines at the Cafe. Amber was calling for help on the radio and NOBODY came to help her. I went over to customer service trying to find help for Amber and met ANOTHER customer there asking for someone to help Amber in the Cafe. The manager/Team Lead Damien is NOWHERE to be found. Sam’s club Apopka is failing AMBER and their customers! It wasn’t until 6:45PM when a different manager named Sandra wearing a blue top and jeans sent over “SUE” (from the front) over to help Amber in the Cafe. They should’ve BEEN sent help. I am disappointed in Sam’s club Apopka and DISAPPOINTED in leadership. OSHA should’ve paid a visit to see the inhumane work conditions Amber is going through tuning between three hot ovens and the register. Not everyone has the luxury to “just quit” and I hope Amber is rewarded for her hard labor! UPDATE: at 7:10PM they sent over Carla to help even though the cafe is supposed to be closed at 7PM UPDATE #2: I was informed by an employee at the exit that Ray (the manager today) called out and that there is no manager that I could voice my concerns to. Also at 6:50PM it appears another Cafe employee returned from her break?? So I am finally leaving Sam’s after spending over an hour in the store waiting on my order (which is NO fault of Amber but rather failure of leadership at Sam’s club Apopka.)"

"This place is a joke. Not sure if every location is the same but the line to leave the store is always long. Not only long but it moves very slow. The whole point of the scan n go option is to not wait in line. Their system is terrible. Also if the line is so long they need to get more people checking receipts at the door to move quicker. Another reason why Costco is better than Sams."

"This was my first time in a Sam Club. I’ve been a Costco member for more than 20 year’s and BJ’s for 10. I came with a family member just to see the store. I was definitely impressed with some of the items they carried like the sushi platter’s and cookie cakes to name a few. They had a nice selection of meats and over all the pricing was decent. I ended up buying a sweatshirt and matching shorts . Very cute set"
