"Today 12/23/2023 at 4:00pm you have none stop lines that wrap the store and only one cashier open. When I asked if there were additional cashiers your worker tan colored with her New York attitude answered if we had another box we would very nasty and laughing with other employees in the back. I will continue to call the head of this franchise and report. This is ridiculous in this time of year where we spend the most of our hard earned money."

"I will definitely not be coming back to this location. The store had everything that I was looking for. Until I went to check out and the cashier was nice but then she used the R word to talk to the computer because it was slow. That’s not the point the point is it was very offensive to someone who has a disabled aunt and who is disabled mentally. Please don’t hire people who uses such an offensive terms. If this happens again I will be going to corporate and making sure that this does not happen again. Shame on you."

"If I could give it 0 stars, I would. You can tell the management team there does not know what they are doing and/or does not care. The aisles were filled with full rocket carts. I had to move these in order to shop the store. Most of the shelves were sparsely stocked. Things were not where they should have been. It was chaos on the shelves and the floors. I will not be returning to this store."

"Very cramped store with inventory boxes stacked high made it very hard to shop/access isles/move around in store. (Impossible to reach some items I wanted to buy:) Items I did buy were mislabeled & mispriced. (For better & worse.) I liked some of the items they offer and would cautiously shop here again if I had time to browse. Felt bad for the one solo employee who was stocking the hundreds of items and also running the front register."

"The staff has little to no customer service... when I entered there were two lady’s waiting for a cashier and the only guys went to the back office to get the lady’s afterwards I continued my shipping but when I was ready to purchase my stuff guess what happen... I had to wait until they finished there conversation about beating the others store... after I gave them that look when the manager saw me she had the nerve to ask if I was ready.... after she was ringing me up they continued there conversation in Spanish not knowing I’m Hispanic and didn’t even a one conversation with me while she was giving me my change... and didn’t greet me goodbye... The one thing I look for when I enter a place of business taking my money is at least a smile... a conversation or just knowing I’m in the building, greet me... have a great day, did u find everything okay... nothing!!! Very unprofessional.... and the manager didn’t care either... very disappointed.. will be doing my shopping somewhere else.. plus the store was disorganized..."
