"I made a debit card purchase there abd soneone git a hold of my card number and tried to fraudulently charge to my acct! My purchase here was the only charge on my acct for the last 2 weeks! I called and spoke to the manager that he should check the card machine in register right next to the customer service desk. Service ID on my reciept is 3. The manager got angry abd claimed that's a pretty bug allegation and got extremely defensive and refused to listen to me while I was just asking him to check his credit card machine for any skimming devices. I mean he should know..and I would think he would want to know in case he gets anymore calls about this same issue. I won't be back!"
"bad costumer services in the deli area, sandwich no good presentation, the people working before when they open in the Deli area was the best. the people working now bad costumer services and not clean the knives for cut the sandwich."
"Status Update. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Once a shining beacon to latin food lovers, this grocery has lost a lot of lustre. Climbing prices, smaller skimpier sandwiches, blander food, cheaper products, high staff turnover rates and unpredictable service are all in play. A thing of the past are the long lines for food, parking is much easier due to less traffic and make sure to repeat your order 3X for a 70% chance of accuracy. Employees cite conditions and pay as issues. While all the above is true, this is still a latin market with the largest inventory of latin product anywhere in the area. Centrally located in an area of largely latino population which makes it a necessity for people in the area including myself."
