"I went in and was not told I’d be waiting 3 hours for a haircut. Gentleman in there was complaining about not having a lunch which is very unprofessional, but it’s not the consumers fault. Actually, in this case the consumer (me) had a sick child and pregnant wife at home, and wanted a haircut while he had time to do so. The price for a regular men’s haircut is $30 without tip, absolutely ridiculous as the prices were $22 not even a year ago. Only reason I chose your service was because mine was closed ($16 haircut)."
