"First time going here and unfortunately didn't get the hair cut I wanted. I specifically said I didn't want my head shaved high up on the sides, and that I only want a tiny bit off the top to tidy it up. They keep you turned around away from the mirror the whole time so you can't see what they're doing or have them pause if you see they're about to do too much. When he finally turned me around he'd shaved high up the sides and taken at least half the length of the hair I'd walked in with off the top. Very, very frustrating."
