"As a first time customer walking in not knowing how things work, the greeting was not nice. I asked how does this work as it's our first time the guy the lady that was cutting someone's hair spoke low and told us go to the guy across from her. That same guy told us to go to the Spanish girl that barely spoke English. I explained first hair cut do you have pictures of styles and went from there. They all kept looking through out the process as she went along. Not cool, it felt like they were waiting for her to mess up. The vibes from them was not cool at all. As it was graduation day everywhere else was packed. The lady with the dreads was really nice and put is at ease. The hair cut came out cool, not a 100% like the picture but, still came out nice. A three for the lady with the dreads that had more customer service and friendly smile. Thank you."
