Great Clips

"I've posted UNFAVORABLE reviews here TWICE in 48 hours. They disappear into thin air. Plus the email given by the owner in case of problems is NOT A VALID EMAIL! WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE! I've tried to report this business to Google. So far no response. I DID manage to dispute the charge on my debit card cos I did not get what I paid for. Over and over the "owner" replies to complaints with an invalid email. When is Google going to shut this one down? BEWARE: THEY HAVE FLOODED FB WITH COUPONS FOR $9.99 A CUT! DON'T GET SUCKED INTO A SCAM!"

"February 1, 2024- Staff was totally uninterested in me as a customer. There were 2 hair cutters and one of their friends was there to visit. They spoke Spanish the entire time I was being waited on. I tried to tell my hairdresser( no one would tell me their name) that I must wanted a trim but she proceeded to shave my hair with a shaver instead of using scissors. When I said that it was too short, she stated that that’s how she cut layers. There aren’t any layers at all. The great clip hair stylists at Woolbright, Boynton Beach, were wonderful, listened to their customers, friendly, and professional. I always went to Kay, who was wonderful."

"Love this place and I've been going for a couple of years now. Friendly service and staff and I applaud their patience. On my last visit Rosalie was incredibly patient dealing with a short tempered imbecile, who I was almost tempted to express my feelings regarding his "I checked on line" attitude. People have to realize that making an appointment and showing up 20 minutes late means you have to wait for your turn. Alas, kudos to the staff and thank you always."

"The manager with the Black hair who has her station on the right side is so arrogant and nasty. I will not go back again until this lady is gone. I feel bad for my Hairstylist as I am a generous tipper and its my stylist who is losing me and my father and this hurts her financially. Sorry for that but that managet is horrible and I won't be subject to her nastiness. If the store owner is reading this you should reconsider her employment as I read that I am one of many who feel the same way. She is bad for your business!"

"I have gotten haircuts at Great Clips for years at locations all along the east coast and have always been satisfied until now. The location in Delray Beach off of Military Trail and Atlantic Ave left much to be desired. The shop, which is fairly new, appeared unclean, and the staff made both my wife and I uncomfortable by having a conversation around us in a language other than English. Sadly this location is across from where we live and would be very convenient, but I will drive the 20-25 minutes to a different Great Clips because this one is so below standard."
