"Called in an RX. They said it would be available next day by 11am. After waiting in a VERY long line ( They only had 1 person working the counter) I was informed that the call center must have dropped the ball and not put the RX through. So frustrated."

"I don’t even know what to say about this place. I guess the best way to say it is they could care less about you. If they don’t have what you need they don’t care even if you have gotten the medicine from them for months, they will do nothing to help you. I’ve been lied to by them ,called back the next day and been told a different story. Just awful. If you care about yourself, your health, your family, even if your insurance is through Walgreens, I would highly recommend using a different Walgreens."

"Worst customer service ever. I waited in an hour line and dropped off my prescription and was told it would be ready in an hour. When I came back and waited another 45 minutes in line, the girl told me she “miscounted them” and did not have my medication. This took up 3 hours of my day. Mind you that I have evacuated from Louisiana due to hurricane ida and had to come here and the way I was treated was unacceptable. DO YOUR JOB. Don’t “miscount” and make me wait 3 hours and then it’s too late to go anywhere else because I have been waiting for a refill for 3 hours I was told I would receive. WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Just do your job!!!!"

"Have used this location multiple times during the winter months. Nice store, pleasant staff, but boy does it take long to get a prescription filled. Plan on spending up to an hour there. There just so many seniors in this area (like me :)) and so few drug stores that this Walgreens seems to be overwhelmed all the time."
