Publix Pharmacy at Shoppes of Navarre 8244 Navarre Parkway, Navarre, FL 32566

"THIS IS A HORRIBLE PHARMACY!! I JUST had surgery! Before leaving Pensacola Hospital the nurses called to make sure the medication was filled so I could get it on way home due to not being able to drive!!! Her exact words were Publix has a bad habit of taking way too long to have medicine ready! AND The medicine was NOT ready! I asked if I could just wait for it to be filled, And the tech told me VERY VERY rudely NO lunch was in 10 minutes and that it wasn’t scheduled to be filled until 5!! I said the hospital called to be sure it was ready before I even left . She again as rude as you can said No they NEVER called!! She called right in front of me I know she called!! I had surgery! I need my medication! AND if you are a rude person like that don’t work in public!! It ruins other people’s day for no reason! I will be transferring my medicine today! I refuse to be treated that way!"

"I called the pharmacy regarding pricing of prescriptions I needed to be filled. Natasha answered the phone. She was extremely unenthusiastic for the duration of the call and gave me the impression that she could care less about her job or be bothered first thing in the morning by a sick potential customer. At the end of the phone call I thanked her, she said thank you monotonously and hung up in the middle of me wishing her a good day. Poor customer service. So I took my business to the Walmart 5 miles down the road instead. The pharmacists at Walmart were much nicer over the phone and in person and the meds were half (if not less) than what Publix wanted to charge for the EXACT SAME medication. Publix has poor customer service etiquette and prices. I expected better from a place that claims to pride itself on quality."

"Worst pharmacy ever. They always gave 1-2 hour wait time. They are not helpful. They never get the electronic transfers. I’m leaving town without prescription because of their unwillingness to help or work. Gulf a Breeze public pharmacy so much better! Do not use Navarre pharmacy unless it is an absolute must."

"The pharmacy staff has consistently gone above and beyond for me and I would never consider going anywhere else. It's more convenient to go to a pharmacy with a drive thru as a mom of two young kids and I wont do it. Jim and his staff are incredible and go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of. They chased down my kids' doctor after hours to get their prescription after it wasnt sent in by the office. They have rushed rx after rx for me so they didnt have to wait until the next day. They dont get enough credit for being such an important and necessary part of our daily lives."

"The Pharmacist, Rachael, is rude, condescending and unprofessional. She was angry because I asked her a question about a drug's toxicity that she couldn't answer. "Well, I'd have to look that up and I don't have the time right now!" It's a commonly prescribed medication and she should have known it. She has behaved unprofessionally on a number of occasions and now I've had enough and will change pharmacies. The other staff members are good, but she's enough to make me want to switch."
