Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. The dedication of the new management team is evident in the overall improvement of the salon. "Me and my husband both go to this Great Clips. Ebony has been doing my hair for a long time and I am always so pleased. I love super short haircuts, pixie style, and she is THE BEST. I have bad rheumatoid arthritis and she does my hiair perfectly. Thank you Ebony! Never leave this location please! She is there weekdays 9-2 and is worth going to."

"Let me start by saying Maria is a MIRACLE WORKER! I am local to this area, born and raised. I have been seeing the same barber at a small local barbershop for years. During 2020 when the influx of people moved here, getting in to my guy has been much harder than it once was as it takes weeks to get appointments now. I needed a hair cut today, and found myself at a different great clips location before coming to this one. My hair was RUINED at this other location (again - NOT this location, to be clear). When I say ruined, I mean completely mauled. I saw this location not far from where I was, and I drove there prior to a work event I had this evening. Panicked, stressed - I didn’t know what to expect, as my worst fears of what could happen and why I generally avoid chains just occurred at the other location. As I stepped into here, I began to explain the situation with severe panic and uncertainty. Maria was so confident and kind that she could easily fix my hair. I had a seat and waited, and breathed a sigh of relief as her calmness and kindness made me feel reassured it would be ok. When it was my turn, she told me “it will be ok” assuring me she could fix it, and she started MASTERFULLY sculpting my hair. I don’t say that lightly. I care a lot about looking respectable, I am very involved in male style and like to present professionally. I have not found many people that I am blown away with - but that changed tonight. Maria is an artist, efficient, kind and absolutely outstanding at what she does. My hair was completely overhauled and all issues from the other location I was at prior were erased with what I can only describe as magic! I cannot say enough how happy I am, especially again - as someone who cares about presentation and tends to be critical of my own look and hair, I walked away from here amazed. Maria has earned my future business without a doubt. Never thought I would say that about a Great Clips ever again ESPECIALLY after the other location destroyed my hair before I found this one, but believe me - it’s authentic and true at this location! I will be back. Thank you, Maria, for saving my day! Thank you for the conversation and kindness as well. You are truly FANTASTIC! See you again in a few weeks when I need another trim! "Under new management and had such a great visit today! Ask for Maria, she has been cutting hair for 40+ years and I could tell; she did a wonderful job! IMO, best cut in years! I have other Great Clips closer to me, but will make the extra drive for this location every time. You will NOT be disappointed!"
