"Took my 4 year old daughter for a haircut and they did a great job. Very good with young kids haircuts. We went back again today and had our daughter's hair cut at the same Great Clips. Another great experience with the stylist doing a good job with her hair. Highly recommended for child haircuts."

"Very disappointed with how I was treated, I was the 1st one to check in online at 9:00 and needed trim , shampoo and styling, the lady in red hair denied and cancelled my online check in saying that they are just people and I will need to come back around 11:30 and check in again. She said she cannot do it for me. That’s not how you treat a customer, I came in early coz I had to go for an event. This is not acceptable."

"Very disappointing to see that Amy no longer works at this location. But I was able to find her at her new store located at (2750 Race Track Rd Unit 308, Jacksonville, FL 32259) no thanks to anybody that works at the Murabella Great Clips since they won’t share where she had to move to! Definitely a big loss to this location, they will need to hire at least 2 or 3 people to fill her one position! My family and I will no longer use this location and will make the trip up to Great Clips at Julington Creek plantation Plaza."

"Amy has left the building. Best stylist (and manager) on the floor was missing but nobody could tell me where to find her. So I did my own homework and located her at Great Clips at Julington Creek. What a loss for this store. Good news is Great Clips on Racetrack Road found a winner by hiring Amy. She’s the best!!!"

I had the great fortune of discovering Amy (store manager). She has cut my hair twice now, and honestly, maybe the best haircuts I have ever received! On top of that, she is very friendly and personable!"
