"This gym used to be great but the manager exhibits bouts of racism and makes the gym unwelcoming to members of color. If you care about treatment I would encourage you look elsewhere. Gym equipment is decent but with crunch fitness directly across the street with better equipment, more equipment, and nicer staff why pay for poor treatment."
"I really like zoo fitness, however lately equipment is not being repaired. As of today 5 of 14 treadmills are broken and have been for the past several months. I see people touring the facility to join but why should they when so much of the equipment is broken. I am really hoping that the new owners start replacing the equipment rather than placing out of order signs."
