24 Hour Fitness

"I’m updating the previous reviews that highlighted the neglect and the lack of accountability for the safety and cleanliness of this 24 Hour fitness location. I saw that management and staff were not responding to repeated complaints about the condition of the facility. I believe when you see that there’s a concerted effort to change the status quo’s, that should be acknowledged and respected! There’s a visible difference in how the facility is being proactive in addressing issues that have been the norm for so long! I can only hope that 24 Hour fitness in Miami Gardens will continue to be attentive to the members needs and expectations!!! The members have a responsibility to help maintain a healthy and safe environment!!!! I would be remiss if I didn’t also mention the training that I received from Ms Natalie Verna. A trainer unparalleled!!! Where do I begin with Natalie, not enough words!!! She has off the scale energy all the time!! Her passion and personality are infectious and inspiring!!! She is an asset that 24 Hour fitness should cherish!!!"

"Gym is filthy. The women’s bathroom is absolutely gross(Most times I hold my bladder until I get home). So I can imagine the mens. You have to walk around the whole gym to find a pair of dumbbells. Most times I give up trying to find a pair and to work with what I can find. Since Miramar closed I honestly feel I don’t get a good workout here. Also the other rooms are closed, I don’t feel comfortable squatting and doing certain workouts in front of men and people starring. I feel like most people there people watch instead of minding their own business. Plantation is too far so I’m seeking other options."

"Natalie is the most sweet, and understanding trainer. She made me feel extremely comfortable and confident! I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to brag about the service I received!!! Thanks for all your hard work, 24 hour fitness has the best , most friendly staff… from the front desk to the trainers!"
