"This barbershop is amazing. The staff there is awesome, they really helped my 1 year old feel welcomed, especially Mike! Mike was so great with my son. He treated him like he was his own family. I came in to get my son’s hair fixed and it was a night and day difference after he was done. I highly recommend this barbershop to anyone in the Winter Haven area. When you get there, ask for Mike the Barber, you won’t regret it!"

"Went in for my first ever beard trim and a gentleman was sitting on the couch. I sat down and he got up. Not paying attention, the other barbers got my attention to notice my trimmer at his bench, which never said a word. I informed I've never been there before. I asked how much was a beard trim and was informed $10 and I agreed and old him what I wanted and he confirmed to only not get what I wanted. Only slightly brushing and no dampening, A great portion was cut off, dude had no communication skills to inform me and left my beard a mess. Later after a shower found hairs not even cut proportionate. Sanitary issues were also a concern. He had hands on my nose and mouth to trim with a straight blade. Asked if it was good, what am I supposed to say after all is done?? Seriously unhappy. Further, was charged $2 dollars more than what was stated. Not trying to mess with someones livelyhood but this was disaster and I could do better but was avoiding hoping someone can do better. Unaware of his name, First chair on the right as you come in. Stay away."
