"Went to Great Clips for the first time last week and I’ll definitely be back! Mary did an incredible job and, unknowingly, finally accomplished the layered and textured hair I’ve wanted for YEARS. I usually leave disappointed no matter how much I’ve spent or where ive gone, but one week on and I’m still looking in the mirror thinking “how is this natural hair?!” “I love my hair!” “I’ve never felt prettier!” I don’t even have to curl, straighten, or blow dry my hair for it to look perfect. "I got there with my son and was top of the wait list for both. I told my son to go first. The lady was so slow.... then about 15 mins into it a Spanish family walks in and sits down. Mind you I'm still top of the list. The other stylist proceeds to walk right up and talk in Spanish to them. She finishes her first client and takes the other guy back instead of me. I didn't go crazy bit realized because I wasn't Spanish I was skipped. I tip very high so oh well. I let my son finish and left saying I would get my hair done another day. Slow lazy employees. I won't be going back, it's clear who they cater to there. Just like much of St cloud it's changing for the worst."
