"This place has horrible service. Their sign says “walk-ins welcome” good luck with that. You walk in and no one serves you because they’re all busy. Then they ask you to call and leave a message and no one ever calls you back. When the finally get around to it weeks later they can only look at their own schedule and not any other hair dressers schedule so you’re back to waiting another week or so. I tried calling for my son and gave up. This place is poorly managed and has no customer service."

"If you are looking for a new salon, this is the end of your search! Juanita has done my nails for about 17 years and she is beyond the best!!! She is great with facials, waxing, etc., as well. Mercedes is one of the only persons to not destroy my hair! She took one look at this curly mess and asked if I minded if she cut it dry - the ONLY way you can successfully cut my hair! I am never leaving this place!!!"
