Hair Cuttery

"I booked an appointment at 9:45 with Kristi. It said the appointment should take about 30 minutes. I had another appointment at 11:30, so I figured I would have plenty of time. I even showed up a few minutes (2-5) early. When I got there, my stylist was working on someone else. The person in the chair had dry hair being combed out and was obviously just getting started. 22 minutes later, I was still sitting in the waiting area and watched the person I booked take this other person back to wash her hair. I left, without my haircut at 10:10, almost 30 minutes after getting there, and without even a single acknowledgment. I couldn’t continue to wait because of my own schedule I needed to keep. If I had shown up 22 minutes late to my appointment they would have told me I would need to reschedule. I also am not interested in someone rushing through my haircut because they did not properly manage their time. I found this highly unprofessional and I am very frustrated that I took the time to drive out here and wait just to have to walk out and leave without receiving the service I should have. If she had spoken to me when I first came in to let me know there had been an unexpected change in schedule or offered me another stylist I would have been fine with that. But, no one said or did anything. I will not be returning to this salon."

HC is practically priced while still feeling like you got high end work done, and she makes the experience pleasant."

"The lady that did my hair was very nice, but she butchered my hair. The back is choppy and uneven. The front is uneven. I didn't notice until I got home bc my hair was still wet."
