"I must say I've always been a Wendy's fan but their quality has definitely gone down tremendously. Starting from the way the food is put together, the quality of their patties, not sure if they change food suppliers or what but it has changed. The staff is pretty good but they forgot part of my order and I had to go back in to get it. They corrected it with no issues but defeated the purpose of a drive through. I still like them as a burger option over some of the other ones or there but not my first choice anymore."
"guy working the window tonight (12/4/23 at 6:30) was great. fries weren’t ready yet (of course not his fault) and he thanked us for waiting, asked if we needed anymore sauses and overall was just great and had a smile on his face. really made us feel welcome and improved the overall experience"
"I arrived shortly after 9 AM and fully expected to find a well stoked catchup, napkin, cup lid,etc. area. Instead, there was no catchup or anything else... I didn't bother to ask since I was in a hurry. It is supposed to be fast food, after all."
