"When we bought a house with a pool we started off with Pinch-a-penny. We didn’t even shop around and we were happy. However when post pandemic prices went up everywhere they also increased their prices. As our income did not increase we decided to shop around and found another pool service. “All Florida Pools” made us realize the gem we had before. We actually begged Alejandro to take us back and charge us whatever he has to charge to provide an excellent service. It’s been a month now and every time we get the email with a picture of our pool looking flawless confirming that service was provided on the day and at the time agreed we are overjoyed. Yes, sounds like we are crazy, but our experience with the other company was as bad as it gets. The store is centrally located. There is always parking and staff has a great attitude. I highly recommend checking them out!"

"Three stars because I've had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately based on the past couple experiences it seems to have changed. If you want to purchase items for double what they are online and deal with rude staff more interested in their personal conversations than helping you, this is your place! I hope it's just a fluke because in the past this had been a great and helpful place to go."

I’ve tried several companies to help with my pool’s maintainence and its SO HARD to find people in Miami who are professional, care about what they do, and go the extra mile to have amazing customer service. Everyone in the store is so friendly, I look forward to walking in every time I go. For monthly pool service, they are always on time and never miss a week. If you want to take pool maintenance into your own hands, they will help you every step of the way. They legitimately like to educate people on pool care. If you need a new motor, robot etc, they only sell top of the line equipment. There are cheaper vendors but you’ll lose money with them in the long run when your pool goes green every week because they don’t follow through on any of their promised services or “guarantees”."
