"I will leave a warning to all companies that work with swimming pools, they do not accept returns and do not notify me at the time of purchase and they were still disloyal because I warned them that I would buy and maybe I would have to return them and the seller still did not warn me that they did not receive returns and told me that the information was on the invoice! Summing up, this information is of no use because if it is on the invoice I already made the purchase and they did not give me the right not to accept it, I ask the management to provide training for their salespeople so that they can serve their customers efficiently because I think their customers must be important to the company"
"Terrible staff very rude and place is always dirty as can be. Staff mainly sits around and does as little as possible while they snicker rude things to other ethnicity’s under there breath. Sad company. Running this location into the ground. So many better pool supply corporations to give your hard earned dollar too. MT Pompano needs a complete staff fire & rehire to even be considered a business in my eyes and over 30 other pool workers i’ve seen at other establishments that also wont ever shop here until something is changed, they all say the same thing i am telling you here. Avoid MT Pools."
