"Be careful doing business with this company, paid $395 to detect a leaking, which they did it wrong the first time, $950 to fix it and they fixed part of it, now Eric, the owner, is asking $650 more just to fix another leaking that its located in the same pipe just 2 inches away from the one they said they fixed, and did not detect it because did not pay enough attention or time, a simple work, according to Omar, the employee that worked in my house, all of a sudden became very difficult to complete as soon as he got to the store and told the OWNER ERIC. Left hole open and all the dirt on top of the bricks. His wife, very disrespectful, call me a liar when I tried to explain to her what her husband didn't understand. Very sad for a business to treat clients like that. Stop lying to customers and giving inaccurate response to reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE"

"Just had my pool resurfaced and upgrade pool ladder and added a rail. We are so happy how it came out. We highly recommend their services. Everything was completed as promise."

"Well , not so pleased with the owner Eric. I complained about my pool services (Specifically about pump filter). They never cleaned it. (I have proof) I’ve had them do my pool maintenance monthly for about 10 months. I have cameras and the pool guy never cleaned my filter. I took pictures and sent it to Eric.(THE OWNER). Now , after I came back from out of town, he texted me with some nasty words. Also , now after I complained he said my service’s will be $149.50 monthly. So , anyone who is reading this please stay away from this store. They will scam you with the service and try to blame the customer. The owner has a very aggressive tone of voice. Please stay away from their services. The retail store prices are extremely high. I do not trust them. I will try and complain to corporate about their tactics and misleading the customers with promises. They are not reliable if you need to check their work and services. Customer beware. I will definitely not recommend this store . The owner is extremely rude ."

"Extremely respectful and knowledgeable staff. Have lots of products and services available on site. We appreciate all of the information to properly maintain our pool. If you have any sort of problems with your pool, do yourself a favor and atleast consult with them. I can guarantee you will be satisfied. Also, free water testing on site, they will give you a detailed report on everything needed.Thanks Erik, and all of the PAP staff."
