"After installing the salt water conversion system wrong, not recommending a variable speed motor, falsely claiming 3 invoices were unpaid, the final customer service miss was concluding to terminate our service after 5 years and $15,000 of paid services because I complained about their accounting records. The termination correspondence ended up in SPAM and only a green color pool signaled to me there was a service issue. No class by this business and no phone manners after I called them many times to complain. The loss of Paul Smith from the business changed everything for the worse. Good riddens! (Our new pool service company, Caribbean Pool, is lots better...both in number of weekly visits and quality and cost!!!"
