"Second time I've come here... not returning. I told the brow tech that I had product on my brows prior to her tinting them... it's common knowledge that if you have product, in my case gel, that the tint won't properly adhere to the hair. She said not to worry... never cleaned off the product. Then I told her I wanted black dye, she put a color too light for my brows and didn't match my hair. Also, as expected the tint only lasted two days. I should have known better. The place was empty on a Saturday. Definitely not worth the money."
