"I didn't get the opportunity to use her services since she kept disregarding our scheduled appointments. I went twice and was told that her assistant left and she couldn't take me. The 3rd time I spoke to her in the morning and let her know about my previous 2 experiences. She confirmed that she would see me later that day. When I got there I was told it would be an hour wait and that it was first come first serve. Then why schedule me an appointment and confirm when I already expressed 2 negative experiences?"
