"Worst service ever! The manager did my top lip and eyebrow, I told her to keep them thick and keep the shape and she did the whole opposite bc she was talking on the phone. The worst is that her hands smelled so bad and then I paid her in cash, she received the cash and then keep working without washing her hands. WORST PLACE"

"Horrible customer service. I usually go to the one on 84 and 595 to get my eyebrows done but today I was thought this location is closer to my home let me try this. I walked in and asked how much they charge for eyebrows she said $15. So I usually pay $12 so I just asked that usually I pay $12 and as soon as I did that the attitude started from the lady behind the desk. Her response well we charge $15 so if you want to do it that’s the price. Then she said it might be best you go to the location you always go to. I wasn’t even complaining about the price just was inquiring the price difference. As a business customer service should be top priority and honestly I will never set foot in that place again because of the way that lady responded to me. I would have even done it but then her attitude changed and then I thought what If she doesn’t do a good job just to despise me. Please teach your staff some customer service. Really not good for business"

"I just called to schedule a hair appointment for next week and instantly got denied over the phone by the hair stylist I did not even get to say what exactly I wanted I started off introducing who I was and heard leury say “ say no, no mama” like what?? I did not even want to get my hair done by her specifically. Bad business to turn people down for no reason . Don’t worry I’ll never get my hair done here ever again."
