"fully shocked. I went to this salon a few months back and left there extremely disappointed. I never left review in hopes of helping the company to succeed and to not criticize them but i feel like bringing light to the situation will help others. I have very course brown hair and came in for highlights. I left the salon with 4 orange streaks in my hair and 2 very orange face framing "highlights". The women doing my hair was clearly in a rush as she neglected to keep the foils on long enough and even was complaining about how she needed to go home and pack for her trip the next day. I left the salon looking like i went in for thick lines of orange. I paid over $300 to leave with 4 highlights and i was extremely disappointed. The following day i rushed my hairdresser from chicago to come and save my hair before i had to be in a wedding. I sat in foils for 4 hours unlike the 1 hour at the salon and lifted to a blonde which was than toned. This salon waisted my time, money, and damaged my hair for no reason. Ridiculous and i do not recommend."
