Boca Raton Today's Hair & Nails

"I went in to fix my broken nail (uv fill in). The guy that was trying to fix my nail had a shirt on that said “deez nuts”…. He thought my nails were tips and he was trying to tip it iff. Even after i told him it was a gel uv fill in he continued putting a plastic tip under my nail to pull it off. He then asked me how to fix it and had to walk him thru it on how my salon normally does it. (I was in town for a week). When i told him he has to use the foil and gel he finally understood. When he filed my nail down he used his hand to dust it off… not a brush not a cloth but his hand and he blew on it too with his mouth. The mail he did only lasted 5 days before either broke again. Very unprofessional and strange experience ."

"I just got royally ripped off! $55 for a french pedicure, $25 for a basic manicure and $50 for wash and blowout! Then they charged me an extra $3.90 because I used my credit card. I can get all of these services on the "EAST" side of Boca at a nicer place for much less. I know the prices, but they decided to gouge me for whatever reason. They post 1 price on the internet and then charge you more. $35 + for a blowout, they said I have long hair, so charged me $50, my hair is shoulder length. I know what I should be paying. Any nail salon on Federal in Boca would charge about $35-$40 for a french pedicure with spa treatment, they charged $55! Watch out and ask for your price upfront, I should have done that, but thought they would be honest and honor their published prices."

"I've been meaning to share how this place changed my life. Not only are the nail techs experts at their skill; but let me tell you about the hair stylists! Amazing color, straightening and blowouts given here. I was fed up with my look as I'm aging. The gray hair the whole thing. I was desperate. Thank goodness Melissa offered my hair done. I took a chance and have never felt more attractive and polished. I'll show you the before and after photos. I think you'll agree. All hair types serviced at this location. Thank you so much!"

"This place is horrible! If I could rate 0, I would give it 0. The guy who did my nails was so rude, and was unprofessional! Even cut my fingers! They charged me full set of manicure and pedicure, but he did not even clean my cuticle. The nail shape is so ugly, he barely shaped it! Even the nail polished is uneven! They charge me 3 percent of paying credit card fees but they did not even tell me! I requested to redo my nails or refund, they ghosted me! Horrible service! Don’t ever go there! They are freaking liars as well! I did not get any help! What’s the 3 hours help? Totally, my pedicure and manicure only took one hour and 15 minutes! If you don’t do anything, I am gonna sue you check all your cameras! So everyone knows who is lying! You are not gonna get any pennies from my credit card! I texted you told you I was trying to be nice, so I did not complain about anything! I did not get any help from your whole store! You need to do your business in a right way! Not fraudulent!"
