"Nice person, but bad cut as it wasn't balanced. I should have known when I said I wanted to keep what I had and simply get a trim. We started out this way and then she said my cut looked like a 'shag' as she called it. I didn't go in with a 'shag' so this was NOT a 'trim'. This was not my intention and disappointed when I washed and styled at home. Unfortunately, I bought a 5 cut card based on prior stylist who was great. Now, I start over again looking for a new stylist. Turnover is high at the Boynton location as I've had several stylists now....this is not my idea of a well run business with high turnover. Disappointed"
"Marie was my stylist. I went in for a simple below the shoulder, even cut with long bangs. I even showed her a picture, and what did I get? Layers if you can even call those layers. My hair is chopped up and at various lengths. The attached pictures are after Hellen tried correcting some of Marie's mess, but the reality is I just have to wait until it grows out. So if you want a simple even cut and decide to come to this location, avoid Marie, I should've listened to the other review who had the same issue with the same stylist."
